The Template
Is the template compatible with every browser?
The template is well-tested to work on all major browsers including Firefox 3+, Safari 3+, Opera 9+, IE6+, Chrome.
There are only 2 small stuff. IE doesn't support the text-shadows used with some of the text (totally decorational) and IE6 doesn't support the charts. Within a lot of code, that's all.
The width of the template is fixed or fluid?
It is designed to be fluid. By default, the template ships with a 960px width but you can simply change a value in CSS and it becomes fluid.
jQuery is used with the template. Why? And, can I remove it?
jQuery is an awesome JavaScript framework that helps accomplishing huge scripting tasks so easily (like the accordion or tabs menu).
There are also other beautiful JavaScript frameworks out there. The reason we choosed it is the huge community around it that provides sample codes, support ,etc.
The template ships with jQuery, jQuery UI and some plugins for it (charts, lightbox, etc.)". If you prefer not to use any JavaScript frameworks or use another framework, you can simply remove the related <script></script> tags inside the <head> tags of the template (features that use jQuery won't function).
Which 3rd party plugins and icons are used with the template?

What is the license of the template? What can I use it for?
There is a single and simple license which enables you to do almost everything with the template except re-distributing or selling it as a template.
You can use it as the backend template for your web application, create a CMS around it and sell to 1000s of users (we'll be so happy to hear that). These are all ok.

How does the sales process work?
It is so simple. When you purchase the template, our system automatically sends you the download link and that's all.
What are the payment types accepted?
You can pay via PayPal or credit card (we use 2Checkout).
How can I get support?
First of all, the template is smartly-coded and well-commented that you will probably never need support.
However, we'll be happy to help with any questions. Once the template is purchased, we provide 6 months of e-mail support.
Just send an e-mail to support@admintemplates.com with the e-mail you used while purchasing, our support ticket system will create the support request in the system.
And, every support request is answered within 24 hours (usually, much faster).
I have lost my download link, how can I download the template again?
Just click here and you'll be asked the e-mail you ordered the template. Please mention the e-mail address and the download link will be sent instantly.
